For all our Baileys fans, we present our Baileys Ganache centre!

A creamy truffle like centre made with Irish Liqueur, encased in our gooey triple chocolate brownie and coated in milk chocolate.

This is a firm favourite with the ladies!

Brownie bombs can serve 4 people or you can just have one all to yourself?

Serving suggestions
-You can microwave for 10-20 seconds depending on how gooey you like it and serve with cream, custard or ice-cream.—Cut into chunks and use to decorate a cheese cake, why not go the whole hog and make it Baileys!

Please note- due to the nature of this product you will get slight colour variations and cracking in the shell.

PLEASE NOTE that Brownie Bombs have two months shelf life from day of order not day of delivery. Once cut open they should be eaten between 2-3 days.

Bombs need to be kept in a cool dry place, preferably below 15 degrees. A cool larder is ideal.

STORAGE

Our Ganache centre Brownie bombs have a shelf life of one month, providing they are kept in a cool, dark and dry place preferably below 15 degrees. Once cut open, place in an air tight tub or air tight wrapping, refrigerate and eat within 2-3 days. Please note-If you have bought on an event they are best eaten within two weeks due to the temperature and moisture change in the air.
