How is the postage calculated?

All of our postage is calculated by weight, which includes the actual product and it’s packaging. The postage will be calculated at the checkout for you. For large orders over 30kilo please contact our sales team [email protected]

How fast is my order processed?

All orders placed between Monday-Friday Will be processed within 24hours We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays,so please bear this in mind when ordering.

 Once I open my fudge how long will it keep for?

If you can resist eating it straight away, it will need to be kept in a cool,dry place and consumed within two weeks of the date delivered.

Can I amend my order once I have paid?

Once the order has been placed we cannot amend the order. 

How many pieces of fudge do you get for 100g

All our fudge is cut by hand which means sizes do vary slightly, usually between five to six.

Is your fudge Gluten free?

A lot of our flavours are Gluten free, please see each flavours specification page where a full list of ingredients can be found.

Please note that all of our fudges are made in a kitchen that uses nuts and gluten and although every care is taken we cannot guarantee that there will not be traces.

What if I am out when the goods are delivered?

If there is no one to sign for your delivery, you will be left a card from either our courier or the Post Office inviting you to rearrange delivery or collect.

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order? 

Once you have placed your order with us, we are unable to change any of the information you have given us. If there is no one to sign for your delivery, you will be left a card from either our courier or the Post Office inviting you to rearrange delivery.

Should you need to change your details, for example if you have moved house, you can change your details online using the ‘My Account’ pages. Log in, select the ‘Change Address Details’ option and enter your new details. The new information will be updated within 24 hours. Please note that any orders placed before changes are made will be dispatched in accordance with your old details.

Can I have an order delivered to a different address other than my home?

Yes, when you visit the checkout you will be prompted to enter your personal details (for billing) and offered the option to copy your billing details to the shipping information section, or to manually fill in the shipping section. Simply fill in the shipping information section with the address details where you would like your order to be sent.

Please note you cannot separate the order it can only be sent to one address.

Can I cancel my order?

We are unable to cancel orders once the checkout process has been completed. Please check your order carefully before clicking ‘buy now’.

I have a discount code/Voucher,how do I use it?

Please enter your voucher/code in the box provided and your discount will be redeemed at the checkout

Do you deliver outside the uk?

Yes we do, please get in touch before placing the order so we can get you an accurate price for delivery.

Please allow 7 days to enable us to prepare your order and include shipping time.

Can I track my order?

We use Royal Mail’s tracking service. A tracking number is created when your parcel leaves us, contact us with your order number and a member of our team will forward your tracking number.
