Due to expansion we are currently looking for 2 x sales assistants to join the Whittal’s team and run markets in Herefordshire and Gloucestershire.

These roles will require energy, flexibility and confidence in working in high pressured environments. The successful candidates need to be reliable, self-motivated, able to use own initiative and have good mathematical skills.

Being able to work as a part of team is vital along with effective communication skills and a natural ability to sell in an engaging and professional way.

No previous experience required as full training will be given but previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial. A presentable Whittal’s branded uniform will be provided.

This is a great opportunity to learn, grow and develop skills with the support of the experienced Whittal’s team.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Transporting products to markets Setting up of market displays
• Selling of Whittal’s products Handling monies
• Maintaining food standards as per our 5* hygiene rating Routine cleaning
• Taking stock checks Supporting the team in the smooth running of Whittal’s

Hours:

Weekends 9-12 hour shifts location dependant (Hereford 9 hour shift, Gloucester Quays 11-12 hour shift)
